Karen is responsible for the administration of all non-IRA shareholder accounts. She processes redemptions and transfers, account maintenance, daily ACH transmissions, mail and supply ordering for the Trust and answers shareholder phone calls. Previously she worked for Boston Financial Data Services and Northeast Investors Growth Fund and has over thirty years of customer assistance experience. Karen lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with her family and has been with Northeast Investors Trust since 2008
