If you currently have a Traditional or Roth IRA with another institution, you can perform a direct trustee-to-trustee transfer to a new or existing Northeast Investors Trust IRA. In order to do so, you’ll need the following information:
- Your Northeast Investors Trust account number (if you do not currently have a Northeast Investors Trust account number, please include the appropriate completed IRA account application and one will be assigned to you).
- The name and address of your current custodian to which transfer paperwork will be submitted.
- The amount you wish to transfer to your Northeast Investors Trust IRA.
Once you have this information, please complete the appropriate Transfer/ Direct Rollover Form and return it to Northeast Investors Trust. The forms are incorporated in the Traditional and Roth Disclosure statements which can be obtained using the following links:
